By downloading or using Gymzard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Gymzard is a workout tracking application for Apple Watch and iPhone. It allows users to track sets, reps, rest timers, and view workout history.

3. Subscriptions

Gymzard offers optional paid subscriptions (Gymzard Pro) that provide additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. Health Disclaimer

Gymzard is not a medical device. Heart rate and calorie data are estimates provided by Apple Watch sensors. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gymzard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the app.
